The questions, prepared by attorneys for conservative open government group Judicial Watch, were transmitted to Clinton on Tuesday.
Under an order by U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan, Clinton must respond by Sept. 29th.
The group had sought in July to depose Clinton directly.
The questions are an effort to finally force Clinton to acknowledge how she set up her unusual private email server run out of her home – and whether she knew about staff warnings about the security risks of using mobile devices and urgings from her own aides to use an official government email.

Under oath? Oath of what? Liberal could care less about your “oath”? Try saying under penalty of law whereby lying means she is guaranteed to be hanged. Until then, she’ll just lie some more without consequences.
Been down this road many times with the Clintoons, and nothing happens to them.
I have a better chance of winning the Mega Lottery than the Clintoons will have problems with this.
Answering all those questions will really cut into her press conference time.
If I was an attorney, I would hate to have Hillary as a client.
I think all 25 are pointed questions which require a detail or two which hasn’t been explained in public. If she lies...it’ll be under oath....and they can easily pull this up in January if she were elected President and prosecute her (forget about impeachment with the idiot GOP Senate) and go into a federal court with a sitting President.
If she does tell the truth....she will in some ways make herself look foolish and amateurish in nature.
It is in a way....a lose-lose scenario.
I also think in a good bit of this pointed questions...she has absolutely no idea what was done or who said what. You could ask her the brand name of the server itself (Dell or Sun) and she’d just look at you and have no idea what you are referring to. But again, this is the kind of person that she is.....basically a 16-year mentality pretending to be an adult and way out of her league.
This will be drug out for months. Her attorneys will answer the 25 questions with 25 objections on the the 30th day. Her opposing counsel will move to compel. There will be a giant hearing where the court will modify the questions to deal with the objections. She will then give watered down answers.
This Mickey Mouse game could take 90 to 120 days.

At some point you stop asking the perpetrator about what she did, knowing full well she has zero incentive to tell the truth, and start pressing charges.
I love it. Keep up the pressure. Force her to go on the record and expose her lying and contradictions. I wish her underlings were also forced to answer a similar seriies of questions. Historians are going to have a field day with the Clintons.

What does it matter that she will be under oath?
STRESS...it’s what for breakfast.
Back when I was managing an Outlook server, it would not just flat out stop sending/receiving mail if you didn’t supply it with a valid security certificate. You could use a “self-issued” certificate instead of going through a service, but it pretty much demanded something or it would stop working.
There probably is some workaround to turn it off, but it wouldn’t be some button you would accidentally press and not notice, that’s for sure.

If anyone is fool enough to believe that she is going to truthfully answer ANY of these questions, I have a very good investment I would like to speak to you about.
There is no way in hell that she will answer any questions truthfully, or even at all. The “fix” is in and everyone on the bench, government and all levels of the judicial branch are in on it too.
