If toy cannot respect the man, at least respect the office. Obama disrespected his own office by allowing himself to be treated in such a shabby manner.
I agree that they shouldn’t have landed in the first place, but having done so, they should have opened the upper door, and looked out and asked “where are the stairs?”. If the stairs weren’t immediately forthcoming, they should have closed the door and taken off.
(If it were me, I would have unzipped my fly and urinated out the open door before closing it, but I’m not exactly big on diplomacy.)

Agree that no stairs would have prompted an immediate order to the pilot to “spool’m UP” and file for Taiwan or Guam. Maybe really tick-off the local “Dog Farts” and head for Vietnam.

I look at it this way....I remember when Iran had our 52 hostages, and they held them until President Reagan took office, then the hostages were released....Iran knew that President Reagan meant what he said and they respected him for that. On the other hand...Jimmy Carter was a joke, and still is, consequently, that’s why the hostages were kept until President Reagan took office because Iran knew that Carter would do nothing.
