What mechanism do you use to separate the ill gotten remittances from illegals sent to Mexico from the legal and legitimate ones...?

Don't care. Let them send gift certificates for Walmart.

The government can't simply impound a legal transaction

Of course they can. It's called "taxes".

Now it's their turn.

Taxing and impounding a transaction are not the same...

But you already know that...

So you have no issue with confiscating a legal transaction made by an american by the government, not taxing it, but taking it...?

Let’s hope you never get your hands on any government powers...

Thanks for the clues.

Both emails and Paypal leave an electronic paper trail......

The evidence for govt fraud and money laundering using wire transfers are proveable.

IPOs could be nailed and so could Paypal.

Really? So what's the difference between current confiscatory taxation, and your "impounding"?

And who, besides you, was suggesting that anyway?

So, if you don't like your own stupid idea....drop it.

Taxing and impounding are two different mechanisms....

Plenty of online dictionaries for you to look up what they mean and how they are different...

So you have no issues with the government impounding your whole paycheck because it wants to without any legal justification...but they called it a tax...so it makes it legal...?

Ponder that...

——They confiscate contraband every day.——

So a money order sent as a remittance to a foreign country is now contraband....?

LOL....we are discussing legal transactions made by legal means by legal immigrants or US Citizens...

You might want to stop digging...

I have no problem confiscating remittances sent by illegals...just tell me how you mark those transactions to be seized...

Yeah, well maybe, but for the most part, probably not.
