Unfortunately it's not. She was diagnosed with breast cancer before she was even sent to prison, and underwent treatment. At some point after her imprisonment, it reappeared. Now two years after being released, the bitch is still alive.
I remember when her daughter lost her job as a New York City teacher because she faked doctor sick notes so she could attend her mother's trial.

The article from 2008 says in order for her to take bereavement time, she also doctored the date on her aunt's death certificate three years after she had died. The apple didn't fall far from that tree.

At her last conviction when the judge pronounced sentence, Stewart laughed and cackled, “I can serve that standing on my head!”
And so she served the full sentence. Some humans are beyond all pity. Hope she sees like Stalin did, the yawning pit of the gates of Hell.
