I love how they’re misrepresenting Trump. Trump brought up a good point....OBAMA is a DIS-UNITER....therefore a bad leader. He divides. Putin is very popular...he unites. This was in essence his point.
Putin is a thug, and dreams of becoming Emperor Vladimir I of the reconstituted Russian Empire. Accordingly, he promotes what he believes to be the best interests of his country. 0bama seeks to destroy “his” country.
At least Putin loves his country and wants it to be strong. He keeps his commitments to his allies, and doesn’t lecture other world leaders on how to run their countries. And he would never bow to a foreigner or make an apology tour.

Trump is right. Without even considering the effectiveness of anything Putin has done, the fact is he did it for mother Russia. Our government does not even claim to be for us. Our government is very open about being for the benefit of not just the UN, the Muslim Brotherhood, the Saudis, or who ever but for everyone in the world except us. So no matter what Putin accomplished or failed to accomplish he was attempting to benefit his country instead of attempting to sell it out.

Putin leads a world power nation. He is arrogant and exercises power. I may not like his policies or his politics, or his strong arm tactics, but he gets respect none the less. If I don’t respect him, I may underestimate him as a competitor.
Obama leads a world power nation. He is arrogant and wants you to kiss his a$$, yet he is weak and ineffectual. He garners no respect. As a result, our nation also loses respect.
Trump respects Putin because he knows Putin is no pushover, not because he likes him.
