Discarded chicken bones is a serious problem. We used to live in a neighborhood where there was lots of construction going on and bones were everywhere.

I have to watch carefully when I walk my dog because of all the chicken bones that the illegal lawncare workers just throw along the path. Too lazy to throw them into the wastebaskets that are around.

I have a house on a street corner...

I had a house on a street corner once, real close to work but not a good neighborhood. Had a Blue Heeler that absolutely knew the lawn was her territory.

I also had a drug dealer on either side of me and people would go to one but if they weren't home or out, cross my yard to go to the other. Well, "Babe" would then chase them ferociously until they were out of the yard and then stop and watch from the edge until they were gone. If they went back to their car at the original house they would nervously use the sidewalk and she would pace them from the edge of the lawn. It sure was fun to watch.

It was some years ago, that one of these 'taco vendors' molested a girl that came to buy tacos from him. (He was caught and persecuted. Prob deported and back in the U.S already)
