Might as well imagine a colloquy between Trump and his accountant:

Donald Trump jr. Said if a bowl of Skittles add 3 poison Skittles in it would you take a handful. How can that generate a lawsuit? He didn’t say Skittles are poison he said very clearly in a bowl of Skittles has poison in it. How is Mars company injured by this and don’t you have to be injured to prevail in a lawsuit?
