Hillary is an idiot. Many of the black people shot by police are shot by black police officers. Tbhis is true even of the ones shot by black officers that still enraged the BLM SJW whackadoos.
I really hope that the black people in the inner cities that have been stripped of their 2nd Amendment rights get them back. Maybe a class action lawsuit by black crime victims against their cities should be in order?

Posse Commitatus is Federal law. Bammie just doesn’t order the 82nd Airborne to deal with domestic insurrection. Not without negotiating very carefully with the state(s) affected. The Civil War was fought with regiments raised by the states; internecine warfare between contending military or police units can’t be ruled out if the Preezy decides to go rogue.
We give our would-be rulers too much credit, IMO.

I see your concern, but since you’re close to my age (67) try to remember the year 1968. I was in college and I thought we were on the brink of insurrection & civil war. Vietnam war going badly, our losses already horrendous, riots in the cities since the summer of 1967, Martin Luther King & Bobby Kennedy assassinated, the campuses hotbeds of revolution and draft dodging, etc.
Now...out of control government? I still do not believe that one person or even a cabal can seize all the levers of power at once. We do not have a central government, but a Federal one, under the consent of the States. Unity of command, one mega computer rules all computers? Ridiculous notion, since hardly any of the largest systems can even communicate with each other. Not that it’s technologically unfeasable, but every server is its own fiefdom. Turf, remember it’s about ruling your turf. If your mega server can’t talk to my server, then my server maintains its independence.
