Ted Cruz supporters were alarmed Wednesday at suggestions that he was on the verge of endorsing Donald Trump.
They worry that the Texas senator could squander his brand as a fighter — and goodwill earned among many through his stubborn refusal to back his party's nominee — if he caves with nothing to show for it.
Cruz has held out on the grounds that Trump is insufficiently conservative, and because Trump attacked his wife and father down the stretch of their heated battle for the Republican nomination.
The senator even took the extraordinary step of declining to endorse Trump during a televised, prime time speech delivered from the stage of the New York businessman's own nominating convention.

Lets see if Cruz is smart enough to make the right decision.
Based on the last 6 months, I’d say ‘no’ but admitting a mistake is a sign of leadership, not foolishness.
He doesn’t have much of a rep as a ‘fighter’, he’s gained a rep as a weasely self-centered jerk.
If he doesn’t he can say good by to his Senate seat.
While I hope he does it and soon, at this point does his endorsement really help Trump out in November?
I don’t care what Cruz does or doesn’t do any more.

Set your egos and false narratives aside, Cruz fans, (and I used to be one), join us, we need every vote we can get to beat the Hildabeast and her band of dead voters.
While I would still have a VERY hard time trusting him fully again, and as is known, i was a YUGE supporter till only a few months ago, it would be a BIG step for him and the country.
We can’t lose this election.
There wont be anything left to vote for in 2020.

Squander his goodwill? What goodwill would that be? Maybe from Romney, those in favor of the final demise of any effective opposition to the Left leading us over the cliff?
It was wrong to make a pledge and not honor it. Jeb, Kasich, Cruz......they expect us to trust or believe them ever? why?
I can tell one thing for sure...pure fact. If Ted Cruz does not fully endorse Donald J. Trump, his career as a Republican is over forever!!! If Cruz had an ounce of brains, street smarts, and common sense...he would be onstage with Trump tonight, endorsing him!!!
