The left will FASTRACK his legal proceedings and 0blama will PARDON HIM!
Like any other accused dirt bag he is entitled to his day in court. It’s one of the many things that distinguishes us from the savages on the other side. I am sure there is a mountain of evidence and this would be mass murderer has seen his last day as a free man. So let him have his lawyer and lets get the show on the road.
Zero has no pardon authority for state crimes.

Yes — I am not even all that incensed over it being the ACLU, as public defenders DID have first crack at it and were shut out on technicalities.
If we had to fight WW2 like this the Nazis would have won because we’d have tried every captured soldier in the civilian courts and would have bogged down halfway through while the first ones tried were having their cases appealed or were already getting released on parole....
The left certainly learned from their WWII defeat, setting up the UN and instituting lawfare/moral degeneracy on US soil.
