Monday during her speech on economics in Toledo, OH, Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton said the country had “been moving off track for decades” with regards to the economy.

So, my stupid question is, was Bill or Barry (or both) wrong in the way in which they moved the economy? After all, we’ve had a Republican in office for only eight of the last twenty-four years.
