Depends on the rules in your state. The party sets them and in many states the parties allow open primaries where anyone can take a GOP ballot OR a Democrat ballot. You can’t vote in both anywhere, however, legally anyway.
I’ve always thought open primaries were stupid, however. Why let a Dem choose the GOP candidate?
Your opinion on Ryan differs significantly from mine. If Trump is elected you’ll find out how much you’ve misjudged the man, but he does have to walk a tightrope as Speaker, and right now it’s a tightrope swinging in high winds.
Clinton, Bush... at this point, what difference does it make? (where have I heard that line before?)
