I saw this first coming from Russia Times, which is always immediately discounted as a valid source

It makes sense though, that ISIS rats would be fleeing to Syria having outworn the tolerance of the Iraqis and perhaps being beset in Mosul by an energized Iraqi army bolstered by Shia militias and Kurds

After all, in the last debate Hillary told the world her war strategy was to “push ISIS out of Iraq”

Unfortunately Trump and the fair and balanced mods did not get her to specify where ISIS would be “pushed” (versus, perhaps OBLITERATED)
