I always thought it was: "...to your last dying jay" - as in joint?

I was already boycotting the NFL because of the new/recent sissy rules on when, where and how you can hit a ball carrier. All this other stuff is fuel on the fire.

Monday Night Football isn't the draw that it used to be, so they are often terrible games. Perhaps you miss handsome Frank Gifford, Dandy Don Meridith ("Turn Out The Lights the Party's Over"), and Howard ("Look at that little monkey run") Cosell.

LOL. Not my era. I remember Gifford, Michaels, and Dierdorf though.

Maybe I missed it, but I didn’t see any TV shots of anyone taking a knee?

The Gifford, Meridith, Cosell era was the golden age of Monday Night Football popularity.

poor guy, I have seen pictures of his house, I think it said its about 50,000 square feet...haven’t heard of him taking in any poor blacks to live with him....he is a jerk...and done nothing for the poor lower class he cares so much about.

The Cards got the slot based upon their last year quality. It wasn’t easy to tell if the Cards have stopped under-performing based upon that game because the Jets outright stink.

Any time there is a big, exciting play you have to hold your breath waiting for a penalty to bring it all back. Yep, it's like working on your computer and wondering if it's going to crash on every third thing you do. A joyless experience.

I can boycott anything the NFL politisizes ... but they aren't taking Texas Football away from me without a fight. Well, Liberty, them other states just don't appreciate flag raising like we do... down here in The Lone Star State!
