All Republicans and/or Conservatives are "controversial" if there's an election coming up.

The Republican nominee has insisted, without evidence, that dead people and undocumented immigrants are voting in the United States.
Without evidence? Without evidence? How much more evidence do you need Manchester Guardian? That used to tbe the Republican paper of record in New England. What has happened to America? What the hell happened? (Rhetorical of course, I know quite well what happened)

I hang out on a regular basis on the Guardian's comment boards. Some of the posts you see there would make our Community Organizer-In-Chief sound like Reagan by comparison.

Every school bus that pulls up to a polling place should get an immediate shout out to the supervisors of that precinct’s voting booths.

Controversial is the word the MSM uses to discredit anyone they don’t like or want to smear the persons credibility.

How much more evidence do you need Manchester Guardian? That used to tbe the Republican paper of record in New England. You're thinking of the Manchester [NH] Union Leader.
This post is about the Manchester [UK] Guardian, a Brit publication, which has always been super-left.

an unprecedented effort by a major party nominee by calling into question the legitimacy of the popular vote . . . You meant to say, I'm sure, "with the exception of Vice-President Albert Gore, Jr., in the election of 2000"?
Hmmm?
By the way, as I recall, back before the unforeseen events of 1989-90 (So sorry, Putin!), the Guardian had actual KGB assets contributing to its pages.

Controversial in showing the Black Panthers intimidating voters. Meanwhile, the Black Panthers intimidating voters is not controversial.
