If that piece of information is classified, then she's not authorized to divulge it. Doing so is yet another violation of the Espionage Act. Her non-disclosure agreements are still in effect even though she's no longer SOS and has been briefed out of the program.

It doesn’t matter if other countries have basically the same protocols...it doesn’t matter if maybe they already know our protocols...
It DOES matter if you make public any TS or C information such as she did last night....
Even if the whole world knows something if it’s listed as TS or C, it matters.....
