Chief Justice John Roberts was threatened by Obama to change his vote on Obamacare according to new details in John Podesta's wikileaks emails. Also, Podesta wished a white guy named Chris Hayes was the shooter in San Bernardino instead of the Muslim Sayeed Farouk. 3 days before Antonin Scalia's death Podesta talked about "wet works" which is a KGB term for assassination. Obama was in on the emails and knew about it which is why he insulated himself from prosecution by appointing Loretta Lynch and keeping James Comey as FBI Director. All groping stories have been proven false through wikileaks.

I understand what you are saying, but the Executive Branch has no jurisdiction over the judicial. Roberts probably would say, “Go screw yourself.”
And he would be within his rights to do so.

And Trump should deliberately ignore it and prosecute her anyway. Argue it was an intentional effort by Obama to cover up his own culpability and therefore invalid.
Roberts is a stooge. If he couldn’t stand up to Obama, he has no business being the Chief Justice of SCOTUS.
Murder is normally prosecuted as a state crime, is it not? There must be many state laws about “non-profit” organizations . Shouldn’t be too hard to find illegal activity in the foundation.

One doesn’t survive 40 years in politics without being shrewd. Probably never was any such documentation. They probably just had a little chat with him, perhaps on a tarmac somewhere.
No need for it to have been a physical threat. Simple implied threat of exposure of wrongdoing would have been sufficient. Such a vulnerability could well have been why W nominated him. Surely the Bush/Clinton liberal crime syndicate would not have wanted a Chief Justice actually acting on conaervative principles.
