Where were the police? This was an illegal blockage of a public walkway. I wish I had been there; I would have insisted they let me pass through, and if they had attacked me or prevented me, and the police or administration did nothing, I’d sue them all.
A “safe space” that is regulated to keep people out is not really a safe space at all. You’re only safe when you’re among all your peers and everyone has a chance to express what they want to express. It’s wonderful when they agree with you. You can’t have that in a reverse prison.
