(Washington, DC) Judicial Watch today, as part of its ongoing Election Integrity Project, announced that Judicial Watch volunteer poll observers will monitor polling sites in Virginia on Election Day.
Judicial Watch poll monitors will be in Virginia in response to significant concerns about the integrity of the election process there:
Judicial Watchs Election Integrity Project leader, Robert Popper, will train Virginias poll watchers. He is a former deputy chief of the Voting Section, in the Civil Rights Division of the Department of Justice and a veteran poll observer for the Department of Justice.
Judicial Watchs Election Integrity project began in February 2012. Since that time Judicial Watch has put several state and county officials on notice when they are in violation of federal laws requiring them to clean up their voter rolls. Judicial Watch has also participated in lawsuits defending photo ID and other commonsense election integrity measures. Judicial Watch has also filed successful lawsuits in states like Ohio and Indiana that resulted in cleaner voter rolls and have achieved victories in the United States Supreme Court to stop race-based elections in Hawaii . Judicial Watch has fought federal electoral laws that have the effect of making it easier for non-citizens to register to vote, and harder to remove them once they are registered. And Judicial Watch has conducted election monitoring before, for example in New Hampshire in 2014.
Judicial Watch will monitor voting places in Virginia to expose and deter any voter fraud, said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton.
Election Integrity Project Director Robert Popper added, Judicial Watch election monitors will be neutral and silent observers at select polling places in Virginia. We do not oppose or endorse candidates for public office. Our election monitoring in Virginia is wholly independent of any party or candidate.
Recent polls show that voters are becoming deeply skeptical about election integrity. One poll found that 98 percent of people believe that voter fraud occurs: 74 percent believed that some or a great deal of voter fraud is going on, and 24 percent said hardly any. A poll in The Washington Post found that: 60% of Republicans believe illegal immigrants vote; 43% believe people vote using dead peoples names.

How do they know if the voter is registered whether they’re legal.
Time to intimidate FRAUDULENT voters!
I’ve never been a poll watcher but I’ve read challenges can be made by them.
TRUMP SHOULD OFFER $1 MILLION REWARD FOR INFORMATION LEADING TO THE ARREST AND CONVICTION OF ANYONE INVOLVED IN VOTER FRAUD
Really good news - Judicial Watch is a class act & they know what they’re doing.
So will I!
If he did that he would go broke in a short amount of time I am afraid.
What can one do once the ballot has been counted, whether fraudulent or not?
How do you even locate a fraudulent ballot once it goes to the pile?
Keep a close eye on the alleged-Republican election judge in Fairfax County who acts an awful lot like a rock-ribbed Democrat.
Great idea. Twitter it to the Trump campaign. Just offer $1000.
No idea about the ballot but here’s what a fraudulent voter faces in VA. I’d think a fraudulent voter would think twice about voting if challenged.
“The federal penalty for an ineligible voter found to have cast a vote could be a fine or imprisonment for no more than one year. Under Virginia law, it is a Class 6 felony for an ineligible voter to vote, punishable by not less than one year of imprisonment and not more than five years”
To be effective they need to be inside the voting hubs as well as at the individual polling stations.
The idea is to make it big enough to discourage them from doing it
We don’t want to CATCH them doing it, we want to STOP it from happening.
I doubt they trust each other enough not to turn on each other for $1million dollars
I agree, I just think if we really look there will be multiple instances of voter fraud. I hope not but...
I wish JW would watch all the swing states. I expect an epic level of fraud. If we can get Trump voters to the polls, Trump will still win, but we need poll workers, poll watchers, and get out the vote teams. We will be facing pure evil on a scale we have never seen before, and we have to be ready.
I guess some did not get the memo.. You wear red to the polls to show a vote for Trump. Then the crooked media can’t screw with the exit polls.
If half of Trump voters wear red (a vast overestimate of the number who might), and Trump takes 60% of the vote (a possible but optimistic number if his hidden support is as large as imaginable), that's still not enough. That would be 30% of voters wearing red, 70% not wearing red. That will not prove vote fraud or exit poll bias.
Wearing red is a nice gesture, but I'm a conservative; I believe in action over symbolism. I'd rather have actual boots on the ground as poll watchers. I'd rather have Trump's people getting extra patriotic voters to the polls to balance out the fictional and dead voters Hillary's people will be bringing. We need an all of the above strategy. As O'Keefe has proven, that is what Hillary's thugs will be doing.
The time penalties are seldom imposed, I’d wager, or are so short they are hand slaps.
