Hillary and Bill will both be pardoned by Obama even if Hillary wins.
NO Hillary will not be prosecuted for her crimes because the DoJ from the Attorney General down to the newest hireling is dirty . Also the congressional Republicans & Democrats will do everything they can think of to stop such a prosecution the Democrats because they are dirty the Republicans because they are STUPID & SPINELESS.
