OK, that explains the dark background on that camera in the crowd in front of her, its picking up the black curtain, and not the crowd due to the high angle needed to get her in frame.
Wonder if she’s speaking from a remote location, and has the local TV set it up like she’s there in person. I really don’t know this techie stuff. Just asking.
I'll go so far as to say the 'STRONGER TOGETHER' plackard on the podium is OVERLAYED into the video!!! There is an odd black frame around this sign.
Yeah, I’d have to agree. The tall back man to her upper right has a nice white shirt against a black suit coat that would be easily seen on the camera screen because of its contrast. I’d have to say fake too.
Clinton campaign might purposely set up things like this to discredit Trump and supporters...and to get them to not talk about real issues.

Somebody had to have posted this but I can’t find it.
Can anyone zoom in on the cell phone cameras? That might give us an idea if they are taking a video of the event. I noticed one cell phone that did not turn with her as she walked into the event. Could have just been a lame operator. Others looked like they may be getting the red, white, and blue ‘curtains’ in front of the stage, but I couldn’t tell if the crowd behind her was in the view of the cell phone.
Other than that, she really was fighting to keep from coughing.

I watched at 720p streaming and there is definitely something strange. As you say there is border shimmer and blocking along the edges of her jacket. Very noticeable when she bends her elbow, the clothing pucker there suddenly becomes spikey. The near black total outline of her against the background really seems to indicate chroma key fault.
This way, the large medical entourage she has at the ready immediately off camera cannot be seen by the audience.

If you look at the video when she turns her head, it looks like a chroma-key. There is a definite area of pixilation around her shoulders, but the key is when she turns her head, there is a definite black band around her hair.
I doubt it is image enhancement. You would see more detail in her face if it were. While there is no reason to green-screen her speech, whoever is running video in the truck must be a Trump supporter.
OBVIOUSLY green-screened!

If she were to faint or fall, no one would see it because the audience is elsewhere. She cannot afford to risk such an embarrassing moment this close to the election.
