Does refusing to refuel the Russian fleet have any practical impact on their operations?
Most Navy ships have enormous range but like to keep topped up with fuel for contingencies.
I suspect it is nothing more than an annoyance to them and they will refuel somewhere else.
Does the Black Sea fleet have any oilers? If not, can Russia send one or more to the Mediterranean by the same route as the fleet just took? Looks to me like in less than 2 weeks they could have all the necessary logistics to resupply their fleet from Crimea in place.

But the way things are going in Europe (and America is following) it would not surprise if it was.
