You can pick up cell tower coverage easy along interstates or above metro areas especially at lower altitudes of less than 10,000 except around say Denver etc where mountaintop towers would project higher

Back when I had a free moving satellite dish it sometimes picked up on non-public news feeds that prepped news. Kind of like ‘hot mike’ incidents. In one of them good old ‘Step-on-all-of-us’ told reporters, “People are sheep.”

There are too many players who are now privy to this information to have it packed away neatly in a box — the NYPD, multiple FBI field offices, etc. The U.S. Justice Department lost control of this once it got outside Washington.
