Don't Be Fooled: Hillarygate Probe Is Now a Formal Federal Criminal Investigation

I've wondered the same thing.

If a law enforcement officer presents an affidavit to a judge outlining probable cause that a crime has been committed and that search and seizure of certain specific evidence will further the investigation of such crime, then I think a judge can issue a search warrant.

I don't think that a grand jury finding is required.

I vaguely recall that O.J. Simpson's lawyers wanted a speedy trial, no doubt in order to catch the prosecution unprepared to make their case. They waived the requirement for an indictment and had a hearing before the judge to decide whether sufficient evidence existed to allow the prosecution to go to trial. The judge decided there was and the trial proceeded.

Prior to the trial probably several search warrants were obtained, including one which allowed taking blood from O.J.

The problem is that someone could write a book about how many of the politicians in our government participated in these child sex ring parties for YEARS... and no one cared.

That book could show how the FBI and DOJ covered up this scandal, and continued to cover it up to this day.

Nobody still would pay attention. If only there was such a book, and had been such a SCANDAL.
