I’m Judge of Elections at a central PA Poll in a strong Republican area. I suspect that some of the Philly polls operate like this: All members of the poll team are Democrats and/or Black. They do not allow poll watchers in (this has happened in the past). Once the polls close, they go into the pollbooks and find everyone who hasn’t voted that day, and they cast their votes. If the judge, inspectors and poll clerks are all dishonest, this can easily be done.

Appeal it. There’s time and all states have allowances for certified poll watchers. Just follow the laws DMMIT

By their lead sentence, Reuters admit that the democrats intend to commit massive fraud.

“In a blow to Presidential candidate Donald Trump ...”

If democratic voter fraud was non-existent and election results from Philadelphia precincts were honest, how would this be a blow to Donald Trump?

Isn’t Philly where the black Panthers were monitoring the voting carrying sticks?

Don’t see where anything but electronic voting is provided.

I did find the following Pensylvania statement in their voting regulations:

“IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR IN-PERSON VOTING AT THE POLLING PLACE
Voters do not need to show photo identification at the polling place. Poll workers should not
ask every voter for photo identification.
In 2014, the Commonwealth Court held that the in-person proof of identification requirements
enacted under Act 18 of 2012 were unconstitutional. Those provisions are no longer in force even
though you may see them in Pennsylvania’s Election Code.”

It's that easy.

That’s why I signed up to be an asst. Registrar for election day - long day (5 am - 10 pm) but at least I know MY polling place will be kosher.

Blow to Trump my ass!

This was a blow to a reasoned monitoring of the vote, something that is supposed to be legal.

Another judge that got his grasp of the Constitution based on something he found in a box of CrackerJacks.

Uh oh, this whole thread will become all about the unfortunate mistake you made leaving out the word “not”. Hang in there.

Presumption of guilt ...

By the way, wasn't Philadelphia one of the places black thugs --- ARMED -- hung out last election? You know, "watching" the polls?

It is not a “blow to Trump”...it is a blow to the Rule of Law and to honest elections.
