I also have no irrational fear of a terrorist attack at my voting place.
Ummm, when that law is malum prohibitum as opposed to malum in se , you're pretty much talking "sanctimonious" by definition.
I understand the Latin, but breaking the law for a personal, irrational fear sounds neurotic, which is worse than sanctimonious.
I understand self-defense, and I have a permit and carry as a habit, much like I have a fire extinguisher in my car and several in my house, but I have no need to break the law, as I don’t have an irrational fear of a terrorist attack at the polling place for the few minutes I will be there.

If you’re bitterly critical of those not hurting anyone for the sake of adherence to a standard codified by those not anticipating giving up one right to exercise another, what do you call it?
