Interesting. In the Great State of Washington, the State Supreme Court has rendered a decision that Politicians are expected to lie and therefore anything contained in their advertisements need not be true.

Horrible decision, but in WA State it would not be a State Crime.

WRONG ... the Investigation has never stopped and will not and that is a good thing

And she would argue that it is the Foundation (and not she) who is technically ‘under investigation’. Guess what? She could probably get a jury or judge to rule that way. Not that this threat is meant to do anything other than stiffen her weak-kneed support. As such it’s just P-R.
