Immigration is the easiest to fix. President Eisenhower proved 65 years ago that if you actively enforce immigration laws then 10 illegal aliens will voluntarily leave for every one that you deport.
Meanwhile, Obama proved that if you refuse to enforce immigration laws then illegal aliens will come flooding through the gates.

We have paid for Chinese dictatorial development and military buildup through crappy trade deals that have hollowed out our industrial sector as well as those of our allies. They’re beginning to flex their power in their region and in Africa and it’s time they’re removed as an emerging threat to Western power. They’re at a point where their economy is still heavily export reliant and if that goes down the tubes the people could demand change and at the very least they would worry more about their own people rather than expanding their regional influence.

Agreed. And because it is easy to fix, if you realy want to, and because without fixing it none of the other problems will be solved, it was the only issue that mattered. To me, anyway.
Fortunately, if DT does as he said, others will also be on their way to solution directly, rather than just indirectly.
