Yes, I do know what I am talking about. I live in Fairfax County and ALL of my neighbors are foreign born and enthusiastic democrats (except one - I pass out literature is how I know). You have to have govt ID to vote and the margin of victory in Virginia was more than 60,000 if you really must know.

The current vote at this moment is that Hillary beat the Don by 192,672 votes in Virginia. Alexandria and Arlington also vote heavily democratic...always 70 to 75% of the vote or more and the same this election. What the governor did was despicable, but we don't really know how many of the 60,000 felons voted. And it was legal per the courts, but was shameless. He did break the spirit of the law even if he technically followed it.

Southwest Virginia and other rural areas came out in droves, but the vote up here is so one sided it is difficult to overcome.

Virginia is no longer purple, but has become a blue state in only about 12 years.
