This is so much better than abandoning the GOP and forming a third, Conservative party, as many were advocating for.

The entire political party system is corrupt. And, to my mind, should just be made irrelevant. Cast votes based on positions, not on parties.

So when people with similar positions want to organize, they should do that without labeling their organization a political party?

Meh!

I think you are reading too much into what political parties are.

It’s Trump’s GOP now.

Exactly.

The Democrats have maintained power for decades by making the Republican Party the boogeyman for all minorities and working people.

Donald Trump has a chance to invert this and expand the Republican Party to millions of new voters. This has the Democrats in full panic mode. It will be fun to watch over the next four years. If President Trump accomplishes even half of what he sets out to do, we are looking at an epic shift for the 2020 election.

Trump had this won from the beginning.... you didn’t need to be a pollster to know that... as long as Trump executed.. and he did.

And he clearly outworked and out hustled Hillary every step of the way.

Take 25% of black Americans who are sick of the twisted Democrat policies, and the Dems are a cooked goose.

Yep, and if he can get his ideas about jobs going, especially in the urban areas that have been depressed because of Democrat party policies, the GOP could have them for life. There are many black people who want to work, but because of Obama's policies, have not been able to find full-time work. Same is true for many white people, but the effects are magnified in a smaller population.
