No Corker, Romney, Bolton, or Giuliani.

As I have asked: Why not Nigel Farage?

Bolton would be outstanding, seeing as everyone in the establishment hates him.

Bolton in a Trump administration would not have the same influence as in a Bush/Cheney admin.

"Rand, McCain, and Graham need to go take a jump in the lake"

Yep. Those are the big three turncoat agents of the U.N./NWO. I would keep them as far away from Trump's inner circle as humanly possible.

McCain's outright DISRESPECT for President-Elect Trump is unbecoming of a veteran 'hero', saying recently "I don't give a damn what Trump wants..".

Rand, and his pop, who is now reduced to selling buckets of prepper storage food, really need to go away.

Rand, McCain, and Graham will use their position to get dollars for their projects under the guise of non-support for Trump selections or issues. Oldest game in the book.
Hopefully Trump will set up a daily youtube video in the White House to the American people. He can continue to communicate with us without worry of the media filter.

It's probably unconstitutional, but I would love it if Farage could be in President Trump's cabinet, or somewhere prominent in the administration. He is so well-spoken, I have watched him make fools of other MEPs, hoist them on their own petard. It would be great if he could be President Trump's press secretary or something like that, he would have the media's heads exploding without ever having said a single thing which was even impolite, nothing they could exploit against him.

The theme I see is Trump is picking brawlers. These people know how to fight and strive. Not sure how Mittens fits in though. What Mittens is an extremely smart technocrat of sorts

I looked and looked and can find nothing unconstitutional. Only thing I found was Jefferson’s interpretation of a secretary state. I may be wrong, but he IS qualified. In this new administration, can you BELIEVE how this would make the elites heads explode?? Just appoint him and tell the American people we won’t pay him a cent as long as he steals no more than the past two SOS’ have done.

It’s so nice that Rand Paul is trying to be helpful. The Democrats also do the same thing - try to be helpful for one another and contest their own nominees.

Bolton is no neocon. He played NO role in the Iraq war, was not consulted, expressed no formal opinions.

after holding three confirmed foreign policy positions and a reputation for toughness, John Bolton is the last person the foreign policy establishment wants to see leading the State Department. They know he has an intimate knowledge of the State bureaucracy and will exercise the leadership to ensure it implements the president’s policies. The foreign policy establishment is only too aware that no one is better qualified to drain the swamp at State than John Bolton.
In short, the Iraq War architect argument that Bolton’s opponents are using against him is a ruse intended to play on Mr. Trump’s opposition to the Iraq War. I am confident that as President-elect Donald Trump and his team look at John Bolton’s entire record, they will see a man committed to making America safe again with a sophisticated understanding of national security who knows how to be tough and how to use diplomacy. They also will find someone who will work hard and loyally to bring the Trump revolution to the State Department and the world.

Fred Fleitz is senior vice president for policy and programs with the Center for Security Policy. He is a former CIA analyst who served as Chief of Staff to Under Secretary Bolton from 2001-2005. Twitter @fredfleitz.
