Heck while we’re at it: I think everyone that has legal access to base and has a CHL should be allowed to carry.
AD mil stationed at that particular base are exempt from the CHL requirement.
I’m retired mil and every so often I work (construction) on base. I’d be happy in that scenario just to have it in the truck.

If you say so. It's the equivalent of getting a concealed-carry permit in NYC. Sure, it's legally possible, but it almost never happens.

Of Course. Our dorms were one big party every weekend.
First Shirt would come by and play his guitar from time to time. Even had strippers from local joint after hours.
These were permanent party dorms.
