If one reads the account used to get the judge to approve the recounts... He was scammed by very skilled statistics who regarded the numbers to get the results they were looking for.. Never believe statics as you can skew the numbers to show the results wanted.

I think that the states have a deadline for certification specifically to prevent a sore loser candidate form doing that.

It wouldn’t matter.

If MI, PA, and WI didn’t cast EVs, the EVs needed to win would drop to 247. Trump has that many, Hillary doesn’t.

But they will cast EVs. There is no federal requirement that popular votes in a state matter at all. It’s up to state legislatures.
