He definitely did a great job circumventing the enemedia, and to hear them try to place conditions and restrictions on him is truly bizarre. He beat them, and has no use for them.
Trump came along at the right time. The dying media had overreached in its partisanship/propaganda, and lost the trust of the American people. The average American woke up last summer and realized his “news” was the same crap fed to his Soviet counterparts a generation ago.
Trump was able to tap into that sense of disgust with democrat/communist media/entertainment propaganda complex.
Contrast this with Hilliary’s thousands of minions all across the nation, organized and practically militarized to ‘get out the vote’ in the urban centers...............

The real killer here was the WikiLeaks revelation that the mainstream media (MSM) essentially showed itself openly as an arm of the Democratic National Committee--a link that may date back decades.

Citizens had done and end run around corporate media before Trump came along. He was smart enough to capitalize on that.
It’s funny watching the Liberal Media heads explode - Trump is having fun at their expense.

If he does nothing else right now, I hope he really goes for the jugular. Why should the mainstream media have any sort of exclusive access to the President? They leverage that access to make money, and to spread their propaganda. Let them scramble for stories just like everyone else out there, and we’ll see who gets the viewers in the end.

The news programs have been way behind for too long. Many years ago, FR was beating the evening news by 2-3 days.
