Twelve Colorado chambers of commerce, trade groups and business organizations are teaming up in a new coalition to push for reform of U.S. immigration policy.

...

Brough said the chamber is supportive of reform that includes components like increased access to short-term workers for critical industries like tourism and agriculture; increased H-1B visas to support a knowledge-based economy; a clear path to citizenship; and increased border security.

Here in Western Colorado, we have people who think they might be able to convince Silicon Valley to leave Silicon Valley and set up shop here. I.e., move their H-1Bs from California to Colorado. It's not clear how much good that'll do us—especially since it won't happen anyway.

Immigration reform means sealing the borders, deporting the illegals, and then look closely at who gets in from now on.

The dictators of the cities do not represent me. I suspect they do not represent half of the people. Rural people have little say in what is going on.

The Cheap Labor Express is not giving up.
They still own a large number of Senators. Rubio, McCain, Murkowsky and Hoeven all voted for the Gang of Eight and were all re-elected.
Hatch, Corker, Heller and Flake come up in 2018, we must plan now for their removal.
Graham and Alexander in 2020.

We will see how faithful Trump is to the rest of us. Personally I regret giving my support to every tax cut for business that they wanted. If they want more Democrat voters to set up a Socialist state then business and wealthy tax payers should pay more since that is what socialism is all about.Keep taxes low for those of us who actually believe in capitalism.

The job's not done just because Trump won. That's just the start. Now we have to take on our own legislatures, our own county commissions, and our own city halls. PTAs, school and library boards, highway districts, Urban Renewal Districts (which should be done away with and forever outlawed), all of these have to be won. We're not done by a long shot...the work's only just begun.

Scouts Out! Cavalry Ho! God Bless Texas!

Exactly. The real grunt work begins now at the local level. Trump won a major battle on November 8th, but the war against the entrenched left is just starting.

Colorado Chambers & Business “Slave Masters”,
hate Colorado citizens but prefer somebody else,
do the lynching and tree whippings.

Name them and their businesses.

We need to replace the Chambers of Commerce with a pro-American business organization.

"people who think they might be able to convince Silicon Valley to leave Silicon Valley and set up shop here. I.e., move their H-1Bs from California to Colorado"

That's what every geographic location thinks: "If we can have a government bailout (H1Bs), everybody will move to our location."

Oh, I think it's pretty clear. Just look what Californians have done to California. They are coming here fast enough already. We don't need more.
