The CIA could be trying to bluff WikiLeaks into giving up the identity of the leaker.
The response to the “Russians did it” should be speaking of foreign influence in elections what about all those foreign government donations to the Clinton Foundation.
That is foreign influence on not just the election but policy as well.
Democrats always project what they do onto their opponents.
