The Palestinian Authority's Central Bureau of Statistics says the number of Jews and Arabs will be equal in "historical Palestine" - the area between the River Jordan and the Mediterranean Sea - by the end of 2017, according to Kol Yisrael government radio.
The bureau's forecast is based on an estimated three million Arabs in Judea, Samaria and eastern Jerusalem, nearly two million in Gaza and 1.5 million within the 1949 Armistice Line....

Because Jews are aborting their babies in higher numbers than are being born, same as in NYC- the abortion capitol of the USA.
But religious Jews have a higher birth rate than Palestinians, and in fact their population growth rate is only slightly higher than that of Jews because of a drop in the death rate. Older Palis are living longer. Big deal.

Actually, the PA is wrong. There’s over six million Jews in Israel compared to their five million.

I think they mean historical Jordan.
People forget that PA in peace talks want the right of return of first generation refugees and their descendants after PA’s left in 1948. Total about 5 million as of 2012. Do add those totals to those that already live in Israel and Israel will not be majority Jewish.
