Haven’t heard a peep from Cheeto-face in a while. He sold out big time and will feel the pain financially.
No matter what, Levin can never redeem himself in my eyes after this election. I loathe the man and his continued screeching, hyperventilating style on radio.
“No matter what, Levin can never redeem himself in my eyes after this election. I loathe the man and his continued screeching, hyperventilating style on radio.”
Yep. Levin is ToasTED, forever.
He brought that $hit on himself.
Mark is impressed with nothing but the sound of his own voice. He trashed and insulted his audience for more than a year by constantly attacking Donald Trump. A man who has volunteered his time for a no-pay job of saving this country. Has spent a hundred million dollars and has cost himself billions in lost revenue. Mark Levin can go straight to hell as far as I’m concerned. None of us care what Mark has to say or think.
Put down the crackpipe and step away from the keyboard.
Screwball Levin made exactly that assertion.
Look, I realize Levin isn't going to claim Trump as a relative, but Levin agrees with Trump more than he disagrees. One of the big issues of disagreement is tariffs and it will be a major fight. There is a ton of research showing tariffs harm an economy and many economists believe tariffs helped bring on the depression.
Both sides have passionate viewpoints. Reagan used tariffs for steel and he was viciously criticized and denounced for it by his fellow republicans. It was limited and had a short term benefit. Long term, not so much. It was obviously done for politics and, as a whole, it was no big deal. I believe W Bush, placed tariffs on tires (or rubber) or something like that and it did have short term benefits.
I believe there are good arguments on both sides. It appears targeted tariffs have short term economic and political benefits.
Tariffs in general may not be so good, too. There are millions of jobs supported by imports and no doubt the public at large benefits from lower prices. It's pretty amazing you can buy a 48 inch 1080 HD TV for $300.
Paul Ryan said last week that tariffs will not pass the House. The issue is complex and quite frankly I don't think anyone knows fully what the "truth" is.
I agree with Trump that we disadvantage ourselves since other countries don't play fair and it appears that tariffs, in general, do harm, too. Maybe there is a happy medium, or perhaps, everyone can agree we place tariffs on the worst situations.
I think there are honest positions on both sides of this issue. I would never expect Levin to compromise his beliefs just to please Trump 100% supporters. If he does just to please you, doesn't that mean he cheapens himself, or prostitutes himself for approval.
No one agrees with someone 100% of the time. I'm sure you don't agree with Trump on all things and I would never expect that from anyone.
There has been a ton of research on tariffs the past 100 years that can't be ignored. One can't deny tariffs at best are risky. And one can't deny we let other countries take advantage of us, so there has got to be a happy middle somewhere.
It is an emotional issue and many don't want to compromise on what they see as a core belief. Would you compromise on what you considered to be one of your core beliefs?
I don't think Trump has cornered the market on truth and I don't mind Trump being challenged on his beliefs.
Perhaps some of this issue goes away if Trump's economic proposals become reality, such as businesses being taxed at 15% instead of the highest in the industrialized world.
I know I am rambling and have repeated myself, but one last note. I hate to see an issue like this become the focus of everything because all of us agree with Trump much more than disagree.
why...... they owe a debt
Blacks marched in Selma so Jews could join country clubs
Who is Cheeto-Face? I’ve heard liberals talk about Trump similar to that name.
Glenn Beck, it was one of his pre election meltdowns.
