Five of the six officers charged as accessories in the death of Freddie Gray in April 2015 filed suit against Baltimore’s state attorney Marilyn Mosby (shown) for malicious prosecution, defamation of character, and invasion of privacy, among other claims. Last Friday U.S. District Court Judge Marvin Garbis, in a 65-page ruling, ruled that their lawsuit against Mosby may move forward.
The next step is discovery during which Mosby and others in her department, as well as the Sheriff’s department, will be required, under oath, to explain just how she and they could reasonably claim that the officers were guilty of involuntary manslaughter, second-degree assault, and other charges in Gray’s death.

The officers she tried to convict and send to jail? Are free men today.
True justice will be served when this b-word is tried, convicted and jailed for her misdeeds.

Would be awesome to see Mosby take Loretta Lynch down with her. You KNOW the 0dunga-Lynch duo were calling the shots on these prosecutions.
I bet these guys will take a big, BIG settlement to make this go away.
One of the Democrat’s many house billionaires will pony up. Mosby and Rawlings-Blake will get faculty positions somewhere, but their days as “rising stars” in the Democrat Party are ovah.

Sadly at the end of all this legal wrangling and after the officers regain their legal rights, only the taxpayers lose.

I heard a report on the radio this morning that Baltimore is short handed at least a hundred cops, and there is no one lining up to fill the vacancies. That city has definitely shot themselves in the foot, so to speak.

I believe these black city officials acted aggressively, because Obama encouraged it.

The pendulum is now swinging the other way. I hope she is woman enough to admit her racial prejudice aligned with the BLM was completely wrong-headed. I doubt it though. She’s one of them.
BTW, the racist part of this still works because in the minds of these BLM freaks, any black who aligns with or becomes a cop is a traitor to their race. Seems like a good foundation for a reason to exile all BLM members at some point. Let them pick the country as long as it isn’t this one.
