On Friday the Washington Post reported that Maj, Gen. Errol Schwartz will be removed from his post as head of the DC National Guard DURING the Trump Inauguration.
Schwartz told the Post he would never plan to leave a mission in the middle of a battle.

The only problem, WaPo didn’t report the WHOLE story, just what they wanted to...
So why is he leaving?
He was appointed by obama. All appointments end at noon on the 20th
Trump offer to keep him until after the inauguration. The General opted to leave during the inauguration, then cry to the media.
Fake news is right.
I can't spell worth jit !
If it comes from the WashingFake Post, you can be certain it’s Fake News.
I'm wondering if it had anything to do with the planned protests and disruptions scheduled for inauguration ?
Well, there ya go. Obama didn’t have anything to do with this. The Trump administration didn’t want the guy around, but let him stay until after the ceremony was over. Instead, he huffs his way over to the press and tells a decidedly Obama-like lie. Total fuss over nothing.
“Leave in the middle of a battle” my @ss. The guy never saw a battle until he sent to “Saving Private Ryan.” Total political hack.
As I wrote yesterday. Buh-Bye.
The Obama appointee would be asked to step down at noon.
Trump transition team offered to let him stay, but he refused. It appears he would rather argue his case in the press.
"Schwartz was offered to stay on his post until after the Inauguration but decided to quit during the ceremony and then he ran to the press to
complain pull out his race card and cry like a baby."
Well now he’s free to protest and disrupt just like his friends !
The American press = Paid Democrat Liars
I assumed there was more to this story.
Apparently, the Maj. Gen. WAS offered the opportunity to remain through election day ceremonies, but the Maj. Gen. turned it down and then complained to the press that he was forced out at 12:01 p.m. ET.
But the Maj. Gen. is leaving because the Maj. Gen. submitted a letter of resignation, not because he got fired.
This seems to be more blatant media dishonesty — only presenting enough ‘facts’ to support the narrative, but ignoring ‘facts’ that are counter to the narrative.
In this case, it seems that Maj. Gen. Schwartz is complicit in the ruse.
Read the article, it tells you...
Is he black?
Washington Post lies travel a million times faster and further than Washington Post retractions.
A couple of ‘mistakes’ could be an accident - hundreds of times is a pattern - a pattern against Republicans.
The Washington Post NEVER makes these kind of ‘mistakes’ 0 mistakes that damage Democrats... Mistakes meekly withdraw with a retraction. No, that doesn’t happen when a white liberal elite might be damaged.
Nope, if a democrat might be damaged the Washington Post checks and rechecks... No hurry to run with a half assed story if it might hurt white liberal elites...
Bias? You betcha.
I do not blindly click on articles. Fortunately others have done so and answered my question.
