The task force, called Welcoming Houston, also has a list of hotlines on its website that immigrants can contact if they ever feel threatened or victimized. I'm feeling 'threatened and victimized' for having to PAY for these illegals education and healthcare. I guess that hotline can work both ways!

The Houston mayor is seeing what’s happening to the sheriff who handles the lib Austin capitol’s county. Gov. Abbott has given her until Feb. 1 to decide if she wants to continue with her sanctuary hooey or get 1.8 million dollars in state funds disappear. Dallas, Houston and San Antonio better wise up.

With all these Mayors mouthing off, Trump needs to take one of them to the woodshed. Set an example.

"...Houstons commitment to welcoming all walks of life and valuing diversity..."Huh? That's a stupid "commitment". No normal person gives a darn about that.
Much more important is running the city in a manner approaching 1st world levels, as opposed to what we have now.
Let's cut to the quick: "diversity" is simply code for "too many white people".

I have wondered for awhile if sanctionary cities are only limited to harboring illegal alien criminals. From the current declarations of various harboring officials, attempting to dislodge these foreign criminals will be contested in American courts as itself being illegal. That should mean that any person, American or foreign, can park themselves in a sanctuary city or church or any designated place and be safe from any authority, federal or state, prosecution. It all seems pretty iffy and convoluted as to how states can excuse themselves from harboring law breaking illegals and accept any kind of money from the federal govt. Trump has so much to clean up.
