Let them keep Washington too.

Make the Cascade Trail the dividing line from border to border. Anything east of the trail now in the 9th would be the new Circuit Court.

It’s time to start appointing activist Conservative Judges

Conservative judges are by definition not activist.

That’s why I suggested throwing Seattle in with California, and leaving the ED Wash in with Idaho and Montana.

Since Congress controls the court system, split all states except California, Oregon, and Washington state into another district.

In another measure, or the same, spell out that no Circuit can dictate the interpretation of a law, or ban the implementation of a law, except in within their own Circuit. Leave it up to the Supreme Court to rule on legality of nationwide laws, not a Circuit Court of Appeal. Maybe this will slow down the court shopping by the Left.

A separate measure should be instituted that establishes term limits for all judges.

Great idea, Congress certainly has the right to do that.

I just heard Rush discuss this and he clearly stated that the Congress has the authority to do this. They can’t interfere with “operations” but they define the districts and whatnot.

It could if done during one of Trump’s terms. The judges for the new districts would be appointed by Trump. So they would have a strong impact for a long time.

Article 1 Section 8:

Then we need to change the definition.
