I believe NY Times is link only but, interesting read comparing Reagan and his lack of curiosity.

Pollsters couldn't keep tabs on the real feelings about Reagan then and Trump now.

More people have negative views of Reagan then and the same is apparently so for Trump.

Trump is dumber than Reagan, etc, etc, etc

Just doesn't have the right touch.

Well, "Tou-effin-Che".

It is going to be an endless slog of dirty intellectuals for the next 8 years of Trump 1 and then Trump 2 in the following 8.

They will all be singing the same tune and urging the band to play on as their ship continues to sink.

Fine by me and got a chance to encourage it today.

"Oh yeah. Trump's horrible. I get it. You guys need to gear up for 2020 and see if you can unseat Trump then.

Of course, he's ready, you know. He's already filed for 2020.

This will be exciting just watching the results in November and the Superbowl last week".

Just don't give up, ever....

Here is the the deal. 1/3 of the people are libs. 1/3 are conservative. 1/3 are in the middle. To the liberal 1/3 it policies do not matter. Nothing, murders, rapes terror attacks, high unemployment the fact that LA jails contain a huge percent of illegals, doesn’t matter.

Why the liberal 1/3 is soo ticked off is that the middle third is starting to realize they have been bullied, shamed and intimidated into supporting liberals the last 20 years or so to the detriment of their bank accounts and national security. They have largely don’t this by simply name calling. The Conservatives are bigots, homophobes, racists, Islamophobes, haters.

So of course, the libs are going berserk!

In 2018 the Democrats have to defend 23 seats and two independents.

We only have to defend 8.

I see 10 or more vulnerable seats for the demo and we have to focus on taking them.

If all we get is 10 seats we will have increased our numbers in the house from 241 to at least 251, which will swamp the Dems, leaving them with only 184 members.

I think it’s possible we gain even more but, that remains to seen and then it’s gearing up for 2020.

And guess what big gigantic event favors us then? That’s right, the census.

Once the census is declared the state legislators can redistrict and we have more state legislators then they do and our numbers will grow in the next two cycles.

1. For the reasons stated above .

2. Trump’s agenda will have improved America in so many ways, we will “Winner Junkies” and want more.

In 2020, Trump will have accomplished so much of his agenda and the country swimming in prosperity will be compelled to vote overwhelmingly for Trump and bring along more down ticket victories as well.

Just like Reagan, Trump has to deal with a hostile majority in the House of Representatives. He also has to deal with an even split in the Senate.

Just noticed that the third item down was written by Marwan Bishara. The guy that shot Bobby Kennedy was from the Bishara family (Sirhan Bishara Siran) as was the terrorist that flew an airplane into an office tower in Tampa in 2002 (His alias was Charlie Bishop, but his father’s name was Charles Bishara.)

Wonder what kin the writer is to these two terrorists?

BTW, 2018 earns us a 251-187 advantage but, we gotta keep the momentum up.

We have to suffer from a positive mental attitude aND love our friends on the left so much, they’ll want to kill themselves.

The way we help them get what they want is to promote their lazy thoughts and snickering.

Tell them to focus on something good positive like their candidate for the 2020 Presidential race.

I mean really encourage it.

While they focus on their weak azz bench and look to intellectual giants like Fauxcohantas, we will work our assessment off on our state reps.

Let’s get more of them elected.

Trump’s record and charismatic will carry even more weight then and Boom! Shaka Laka - Boom!

Winning again.

Find that rep you can support. Don’t look for a walk on water type, they have never existed.

Instead focus on that 70-80% objective. That is 20% of the time you won’t be in agreement and I think we can live that.

I mean, I can’t stand a dirty bathroom or kitchen and I mean like a gay guy can’t stand dirt.

But, I hate eating formal when it’s just the two of us. Cloth napkins? Pffftt!!! Only if we are having an event with like 6 or more guests.

No eating snacks in the living room? Uh, right. Where else would you eat popcorn?

But hey. You don’t clean the house and it looks like a you did.

Gifts on Tuesday or Thursday, why? Because I was thinking of you and Tuesdays and Thursdays are great days to remind you I dig you....a lot.

That’s the 80% type shit.

She gets everything else but, some really dumb things that just aren’t worth the struggle.

So, find that 80% rep but, you can settle for a 70% if you must.

There is no democrat in Alabama who can win statewide.

Things have gone that bad for them.

They still win the black districts but blacks make up only 26% of the state. There are not enough blacks to add up to a majority with the pitiful numbers of white democrats left in Ole ‘Bama.

What Happened on Election Day

What ultimately happened on Election Day. . .the goats have come out from the herd and self-identified themselves from the sheep. . .right before our very eyes. This is last days stuff IMHO.

Some of those writers don’t have a clue and the very criticisms they lob at the right are the very things they themselves do.

And what a bunch of CRYBABIES!

I think the left is ticked off because they are losing the middle 1/3.

Their abhorrent behavior is pushing the moderate/undecided over to the right.
