The 7th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Monday that Margarita Del Pilar Fitzpatrick, a resident alien who registered to vote illegally, can be deported for the act despite her claim that she did so at the direction of a DMV employee.
Fitzpatrick arrived in the country in 2002 and is married to a U.S. citizen. Fitzpatrick applied for an Illinois driver’s licence a few years after arriving in the country, court records show. During the process, the DMV clerk asked Fitzpatrick if she wished to register to vote, telling her “it’s up to you.”

Legal residents who are not citizens or have been legalized are not allowed to vote, period. Revoke her resident alien green card and send her back. What she did was sufficient ground for it.
Heard a Caller to Mark Simone’s Radio Show a couple of weeks ago saying that his Wife Voted for Trump.
The Wife is a Green Card holder who ended up being Registered to Vote due to Motor Voter.
The DMV Worker pushed her to Register knowing she wasn’t a Citizen according to the Caller.
This story sounds eerily familiar.
What gets me is that Simone didn’t even try to educate the Caller that it’s Illegal for a Resident Alien to Vote.
Just as a matter of interest, the Seventh Circuit has just one Obama appointee on it. There are apparently two vacancies so I hope President Trump nominates some good judges soon!

They need to do a sting on the DMV employees who are pushing this.

Well it should not be to hard to figure out the DMV employees who registered these people and charge them.
I don't think it is a crime to register a non citizen, but it is a crime for that person to vote. They are given ample notice of their ineligibility and the "they let me do it" argument doesn't excuse them.
It should be a federal law that non-citizens who register to vote are guilty of a felony and subject to immediate deportation
Keep posting the stories about non-citizens who have registered to vote. Far too many people do not understand how easy it is for non-citizens to register to vote.
Until we clean up the voter rolls we are subject to voter fraud.

In Florida it is a 3rd degree felony for a non-citizen to register to vote.
You may want to check the law in your state, but I suspect your state’s laws also impose a felony for non-citizens registering to vote.
The fact that millions of non-citizens may have registered to vote is enough to convict them of a felony and immediately deport them.
