If they are willing to break the law to spy on POTUS, judges are no0t likely to influence their actions.
True, this needs more drastic, immediate action. Trump should have teams of loyal intelligence, perhaps, military intelligence officials under the direction of General Mattis to go into each of the intelligence agencies and assume immediate operational control while every employee is submitted to lie detector tests and other checks. Only then should they be allowed back to their jobs. Those identified as leakers should be removed and indicted. Immediate action is required or Trump will find that he will be neutralized or removed. Members of the GOPe House and Senate are waiting for the opportunity to pounce. Look for McCain to call for impeachment in the near future.

I suspect that the Flynn business already produced a “canary” trap. The leakers of classified info committed a felony and the News people who printed it also committed a felony.
It is likely that the FBI or Justice Department has already obtained warrants and served them and obtained the records. If so, the News Agency would also be committing a crime if they even reported the investigation.
So I’d say wait and see, and have the popcorn handy.
I suspect that they still have a lot of influence, and the Bush’s are friendlier with Clinton that they are with Trump.
No love lost there JMHO.
