I was thinking the same, but those two stints in prison might have been from mischief prior to his wounding. That being said, some people could get into trouble from inside an iron lung.

45 years???? That’s beyond unreasonable even if he didn’t ask for a speedy trial

Forty five years is beyond the pale. State should admit the blew it and move on.
