Trump has a lot of nominees whose records prove they are at odds with the expectations for their agencies. . . .
Pruitt sued EPA multiple time (appropriately, since it was his job to represent the interests of his state, but the lawsuits still tell us something about his fundamental beliefs), Flynn opposed the Iran deal and the anti-Russian cold war warriors, DeVos is a charter school advocate now in charge of education, and Secretary of Energy Perry’s most memorable moment campaigning for president was his desire to eliminate the Department of Energy.
President Trump seems to have a show-me-state attitude toward political beliefs. It will be hard for a nominee to surprise him with stealth positions. I like that, and I hope he does the same for all of his judicial picks too.
On the down side, Puzder would have been defeated for Labor and withdrew his name. He should have known and declined, but that’s still a good confirmation rate for Trump. Also, Flynn was taken down by treason within the intelligence community - a second loss, but still a good percentage considering the vitriol from the Ctrl-Left. I expected President Trump to lose more early battles, but he’s exceeding expectations.
This is suppose to be news???? The real news will be when a Democrat votes for a nominee.

We have another moon bat in Washington State. She is Senator Patty “Marxist,” Osama Momma” Murray, judged the dumbest U.S. Senator in the Senate. I would add, the dumbest U.S. Senator ever. This is what happens when the electorate is blinded by ideology combined with mind altering drugs.
And this is news, why? She’s a Democrat. She would vote against Mother Theresa as head of the EPA if she was a Trump nominee.

Sounds like we need to know more about her concept of “the mission of the agency”.
