I am not sure what religion you are talking about? Rush didn't mention any religion Perhaps you are in the wrong thread? Religion is defined as what you do based on what you believe about God, Gods or some other ultimate reality. Believing that we are in a matrix or that we are a product of random changes over time are religions. There are more and more people in England who write "The Force" as their religion on surveys.
