I’m bettin on the kid who reported it. (we’ll never know).
This is being reported as:
“the student “has significant special education needs.””.
The school district knows and admits it’s a hoax but is going to have diversity conversations ?

This is one of several stories lately that describes a black criminal as having “special needs.” Is this the new excuse now since the slavery excuse is wearing thin? And yes. I am assuming it was a black student.
