It's obviously not the first crime committed by the lawless Obama administration, er, democrat crime family. Obama, Bill Clinton, Hillary, Lynch, Holder, Clapper, Comey, Lerner, et al, are all lawless criminals.
I am not disagreeing that they are proven dirtbags, but how do we know there is no warrant.

Methinks that the application for the first FISA warrant was to cover what they were already doing. It was rejected. They continued with their “taps” without the court cover. The second FISA was approved to cover their existing activities IMHO.

I agree with that. The FISA warrant was probably limited but the Obama administration most likely went further and longer.

I am willing to offer him the same constitutional protections that he would deny the rest of us . . . he is a good man until ‘proven’ to be a bad man - the innocent until ‘proven’ guilty thang.
But once the cards are laid on the table . . . I am going to do a happy dance right here!

a server associated with the Trump Organization was observed to be in contact with a server associated with the Russian ALFA bank and this was ultimately what the second FISA request authorized the requesting party to surveil. As the story goes, nothing was found that would justify continued FISA surveillance but the surveillance continued regardless. We also know, pretty mush for a fact, that Flynn was wiretapped

I don’t. But I know it wouldn’t stop thee utterly lawless Obama or his criminal agents if they couldn’t get one.
Or some FISA warrant was granted but surveillance exceeded the limits of the warrant, more targets and/or continuing surveillance when the purpose stated in the warrant had not been satisfied.
I have seen some media references suggesting that the target was only supposed to be one or two Russian banks and their communications — could well be that someone violated procedures (and laws) by expanding on that initial task to new targets, etc.
The Obama flunkies keep talking as though we should assume that no one would ever do anything but what was allowed by law. Critical minds do not make such foolish assumptions!
He was never the president. Obama was an illegitimate and illegal usurper.
